PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer valid only on the purchase of qualifying new Mercury outboard engines from participating authorized Mercury Marine dealers in the United States between April 8, 2026 and May 30, 2026. All engines purchased during the promotional period must be registered by Dealer by June 14th to qualify. Offer not valid on sales/registrations outside the United States. Purchases must be made during the promotional period to qualify. Promotional item is provided with the purchase of a qualifying product but has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or substitution. Any installation, labor, taxes or other costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Offer is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Excludes any engine manufactured more than 4 years prior. Fish finder installation, labor, taxes or other costs are excluded. No additional warranty is created by this promotion.

CLASSIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
As with other discounts, the military discount must be pre-approved. Below is the required documentation based on the military member status:
ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBER & FORMER SERVICE MEMBERS WHO WERE HONORABLY DISCHARGED
Provide a Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), or provide a recent pay-stub, or provide a Delayed Entry/Enlistment DEP form.
RETIRED SERVICE MEMBER
Provide a DD 214/NGB 22 or provide other supporting documentation.
IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS (MOTHER, FATHER, BROTHER, SISTER, SPOUSE, CHILD) OF SERVICE MEMBER KILLED IN MILITARY CONFLICTS
Provide a Death Certificate verifying service member was killed in military conflict dated 1991 or later, or Record of Casualty Notification Actions dated 1991 or later, or an official military condolence letter dated 1991 or later.
Service members from other countries such as Canada and Australia should provide death notice paperwork applicable to that country's armed forces.
BACKORDERS
Do not qualify. Units eligible are limited to available new stock in dealer inventory.
EXCLUSIONS
All Pacemakers, CPO’s, Avator, MerCruiser and Mercury Racing engines. Previously registered engines, donations, engines sold for commercial, camp or resort applications, guide and outfitter registrations. Sales/registrations outside the United States are excluded as well as any non-US resident or address outside of the US. Engines originally sold to a Boatbuilder. Engines on the Angling or Sponsorship programs do not qualify. Cannot be combined with any other retail rebate offer. OFFER VOID WHERE RESTRICTED OR OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
